Finca Decero Winery Spotlight

Born of the world-class vision of Swiss owner Thomas Schmidheiny, Finca Decero is an acclaimed wine estate located in a one-of-a-kind Remolinos vineyard in Agrelo, Mendoza. Finca Decero, once a bare patch of soil in the Argentine foothills of the Andes, is now a unique vineyard, where each vine is nurtured by hand and winemaking is done without compromise. As Decero means ‘from scratch’, they are fortunate to be free from constraints of tradition, developed an ‘amano’ or ‘by hand’ approach that is human, sustainable and sensitive to nature. The winery treads lightly in an environment that they have come to know intimately, almost inch by inch. Only in this way can the unique natural attributes of the Remolinos vineyard and Agrelo, shine through in the single vineyard wines, handcrafted from scratch.
Winemaker, Tomás Hughes, and Chief Commercial Officer, Stephanie C. Morton-Small, will be guiding our VIRTUAL tasting of seven Finca Decero Wines.
In your purchase, you will receive seven, 1oz. samples of the featured wines to taste during the Virtual Tasting. All seven featured wines will be available to purchase (at a discounted price) online after the event.
HOW IT WILL WORK: You will pick up your wine tasting samples from WineStyles between Noon and 5pm on Wednesday, January 27th. Take them home, and get your wine glasses ready!
COST: $25 per person/$20 for Club Members
RSVP: Required to Reserve Your Samples which must be picked up on the day of the tasting (between 12pm and 5pm)
