WINE 103: WINE FACTS
Learn about serving wine, proper glassware based on the wine varietal, decanting, serving and storing at proper temperatures. Discover wine and food pairings. Learn how to buy everyday wine verse collectable wines to cellar. Learn about “Old World” wines verse “New World” wines. Learn about organic wines, biodynamic wines and how wineries create sustainable vineyards.
